My job is to know your property, advise you on preparing your property, help you realistically price your property, and market your property. The more exposure your property has, the more agents will be bringing your property to their buyer's attention.
Once there is a buyer, I will assist you in negotiating the selling price and terms. I will coordinate efforts with attorneys, banks, and agents to expedite a seamless transaction. Every transaction is different and there is the occasional land mine. I bring to the surprise an open mind, speed, creativity, a willingness to negotiate, and determination, and if the seller can match me, every transaction should be closed. I enjoy the process and I enjoy the people for whom I work.
